- 1 lb venison (or grass-fed ground hamburger)
- 1 lb bacon
- 1/2 lb of beef liver
- 1 can black beans
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 jar salsa (large)
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
Dice and brown the onions and pepper, toss in crock pot
Dice and cook the bacon, toss in crock pot
Cook and brown the hamburger, toss in crock pot
Finely dice the liver, cook it, toss in crock pot
Dump the black beans, salsa, spices and garlic into crock pot with other ingredients
Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or low for 8-12
